hey, wats up everyone. Ive started my dream training about a month ago (not much progress) and i was just wondering if music while sleeping affects lucidity. Ive had the radio on all night while im asleep for as long as i can remember (its easier to go to sleep like that) and i was wondering if it would be easier to acheive lucidity without it…

I think it would depend on you. Do you hear the music while asleep, in your dreams? If so, you can use it to become lucid. I dont see why the radio should prevent you from becomming lucid.
