I often find myself waking up with a song in my head. Particularly when I do not remember any dreams.
Does anyone else have this? Does anyone know why this happens?
I have this, sometimes. I guess it’s just like unconsciously humming a song in waked life. Perhaps you think of the song so much that you block the dream recall?
