I’ve found that a quite a few trance/techno euphoria CDs seem to really help cut stress, besides other techniques I do before I go to sleep.
Especially the Ibiza Euphoria CD.
What do you guys Think? What works for you?
Moby,and Dirty Vegas and some Weezer helps me relieve stress

I love Orbital. My favorite of theirs for relaxing/meditation are Out there somewhere parts 1 and 2 and Nothing Left part 2. Me and my friend meditated to Enya once in middle school.
Plaid is good too.

It isnt techno or trance, but its a damn nice song. 
I really like chill-music, but when I am really under stress hard music sometimes works better.

Radiohead’s Kid A is dreamy relaxing CD, great for music WILD too.
Kingston Wall! Finnish progressive/psychadelic rock band that has english lyrics. It has induced OBEish feeling to me just by listening to it. mirrorland.goa-head.org/
Finnish music like CMX and Absoluuttinen Nollapiste.
Tool, their newest album Lateralus works well for relaxation.
