when I was 5-6 I remember I could say “tonight I’ll dream about this” and poof that night I dreamt about whatever it was, And I had all these way I could force myself not to have a nightmare or have one if I wanted and sadly I never used this and eventualy lost it but I want too know is this normal? Could any of you do that?
I tried dream incubation once or twice as a child. Unfortunetly, it never worked so I soon gave up. However, atfer reading EWLD it seems like a feasible technique if you are in the right mindset.
I was never able to do that, and still have trouble changing the Setting of a dream. It’s something I’ll be working on probably for a long time, but it will be worth the effort.
