Last night, I technically had my first true OBE. I somehow passed the sleep paralysis state, and was aware of myself, trying to separate from my body. This is my first OBE where I literally was looking my physical self in the face. I can’t tell you how amazing it is to see yourself, without a mirror! Thoughts? Comments?
Wow! You must be quite strong mentally! Usually when people have their first OBE they get really scared when they see themselves and snap back into physical reality.
