My fist LD! but what happend?

After waking at 0630 to eat some food, I went back to bed. I’m doing nothing to induce a LD.

I dreamed that I was at a party. The thing that made me realized I was dreaming, was the fact that I got drunk without drinking anything. I was so drunk that the chair I was sitting in began to sway and move around. So I realized I must be dreaming. I took a RC (pinch my nose and breath). Icould breathe! But noticed that I was about to wake up so I breathed through the nose for a while to calm down. Then I got up, but I was still very dizzy and I could not stand upright without holding me to anything. I felt super drunk! The whole room swayed and I was getting sick. I tried to calm me down, but it couldnt and woke up. With a big smile :woo: . I finally did it! :hurray:

But my question is: Why did I fell soo dizzy? Because I was dizzy before I became lucid? Or does it allways feel strange to walk in a LD? This sure felt very strange :eek:

Perhaps it was because of the situation in the dream. If you often get drunk at parties, then your SC may have simulated this effect in your dream, no alcohol needed :wink:

When you are lucid, you can take this effect away. You could try taking the lucid pill, that will magically take away drunkenness upon swallowing :happy: Or any other way you can conjure up. Could be a “drunkenness dial” that you can adjust. I’m sure you get the picture.

If it happens again, try this: get on a steady position, keep hold of something, continue observing the dream, and repeat your goal out loud for this LD. When you’re focused on accomplishing something, the rest comes automatically, so bring about a relaxed and focused state, be confident, and move on when you feel ready.

Its the first time i can remember beeing drunk i an dream so it was quite unfortunate that my first LD came at this moment. But I cant complain :content:

Next time i will try to stay more focused and relaxed. Hopefully this vil be much easier if im not dreaming about beeing drunk :smile:

It happend again! My second LD in two days :grin:

As last time, when I tried to move I became very dizzy and had to focus hard just to keep my eyes open. But I remembered to look for a lucid pill and actualy found a pill in my pocket. It was a chewing pill with mint flavor :content: It made thing more clare and most of the dizzyness disappeared.

I also looked at my dream hands. At first sight they looked normal. but when the moved they started to change shape and lenght of my fingers. Two fingers actually grew together and came apart again. Strange and completely random :tongue:
