Okay, this is just the way I get lucid and as with every other method, it may work for some of you and not for others, but its worked three times this year for me, almost once a month at my current rate (I started later).
Anyway, my method is MILD, with a slight variation. I repeat the saying “I’m going to dream now…yada yada” a few times and then just let myself go to sleep. The next morning, I’ll have a strange dream and then realize I’m dreaming and immediately become lucid (the past two this year were very similar, and both happened in a few weeks of each other, the most recent being two days ago.)
One thing I try to make sure I do is not want LDs too much because it will only make me more lazy when I don’t have one when I want it.

Now I don’t know if the MILD is helping all that much other than setting my brain up for potential, but I believe my LDs are a combo of MILD and DILD (dream induced).
Anyway, to get to the point, my method is MILD/DILD and I do MILD before I go to bed at night and have LDs in the morning (every one).
If this doesn’t make sense, its because I’m tired and its off to bed for me. Hope this helps perspective LDers.
