You know how the subconscious controls time? Like how you can guess what time it is based on what time it ‘feels’ like? And how you can also use a mantra to wake yourself up at a certain time…?
Does that mean if you guess the time throughout the day and you make that a habit… you would start guessing the time in your dreams too? As in your dreaming, and suddenly you suddenly say, “its 1:00 in the morning…that means I’m dreaming!”
In fact, one of the best ways to do MILD is to tell yourself “At 4 o’clock I will remember I am dreaming” and other things to that effect. But don’t take my word for it, check out this awesome article.
