Some of the conclusions that i’ve seen so far in my quest is that more sleep will lead to longer REM periods and so more chance to have a LD. Both i had a ld was when having 8 hours at least of sleep.

Hey, cranberrydude, I think this is really cool you are keeping a journal available to public viewing on this site so we can see what works and what doesn’t. Try my FILM technique. It’s in this forum, you’ll be surprised with your results! :cool_laugh:

Now i know that practicing too hard is bad, you have to let go for a while and see. I had this low ld about avril and stuff, then i my longest high ld, it was awesome but it didn’t last too much. It was in my 7th hour so it was good enough to have a ld.
Wow i didn’t even used any technique i was just using that wavesound (that can work very well for OBEs).Then i took my headphones and continued sleeping.

If anyone want that mp3 i can put it running so you can download it.

About my opinion so far…
I think the tension and the problems we have during the day makes us to decrease our dream recalling so decreasing the chances to have a ld, the solution: Avoid any uncomfortable situations and keep our concious about everything and don’t be stressful, just relax.

That’s right. It has been experienced a lot of times.

Today im gonna use the T.O.Y.E method to hopefully get lucid,

Could you post the beats and the carrier frequences you use?

I can suggest the preset I use to make my dreams crystal clear and to remember them every time I wake up at night:

74.38+7.83 100+3.91

Am thinking of adding beta-peaks; any ideas?

Artizzzan i’d be more than happy to do that BUT i don’t know how to check the sound beats.

Go to Wave/Preset Options…/

Under ‘Voices’ it shows different voices within the preset that are being played simultaneously. For each of them, go to ‘1:Sound’ tab. The top graph shows the binaural beat frequency (i.e. the difference between the left and the right channel), the second graph - the frequency of the carrier. The horysontal bar shows time as fractions of a minute, I suppose. Easy peasy.

Well this is what i found:
sound1- Beat Frequency= 15.hz->14hz
Audible Pitch= 750hz(still)

Is that more or less what you’re looking for?

Why after my “big” lucid day in this month(April 7th) my dream recall has decreased dramatically? from 3-4 to 0-1.

Well, actually I have now found this present in the Builtin’s, but anyway thanks for the frequences. Besides, they use 4 voices (15, 10, 7, 2 Hz).
