My real body gets in the way

Last night I had an LD. Now, when I realized it, the dream began to fade to black instantly. Having this happen to me a few times before, I knew what to do and was ready. I was rubbign my hands were rubbing and it was keeping me in the dream, but things were still black; my dream eyes were closed. I tried opening them but it seemed like they were stuck shut. When they finally did begin to open and I could see the dreamscape again, I accidentally forced my real eyes open. This has also happend before where I couldn’t move in an LD and I tried moving my arms and head, but forced the real ones to do it without meaning to. Has this ever happend to anyone, and does anyone have any advice?

You were waking up, and not only did the visuals disappear, but SP began to wear off. A tip, remember that you don’t necessarily need to open your dream eyes, focus on rubbing your hands and the dream visuals can just come back effortlessly. One time I just jabbed a dart in my arm and that did the trick. Don’t worry to much if you accidentally move, especially opening your eyes. You can still go back into the dream. Try to imagine your dream hands and when you find them rub them together. Or touch other parts of your body, like your face. Remember to IMAGINE doing it so that you don’t move for real.
