Hello everyone ! One month ago, I had my first LD. Yesterday, I want to work more hard.
In my bed, I say “I will sleep and I will know that I sleep”.
But I had a problem, and I have already had that : Durning the dream, I do the Reality Test, but the dream was so realist that I didn’t believe… I say, “No, it’s the reality”, but I looked for a second reality test, and I said “I’m lucid, I dream”, I found papper and I saw the text, but I have already lost my lucidity.
It was the second time that I had this problem, I would like know if it’s my or not ?
Do I make bad to have a lucide dream ?
The second part of my report is my first attempt to do the Wake Initiated Lucid Dream. I wake up in the morning and I wanted test, I had hallucination, but I stayed conscious, and later that, I slept.
Do you think that it’s a good beginning or not ?
How could I improve ?
Is Spanish your first language? Some of your sentences are a bit messed up grammatically.
Your first couple of LDs are always short. My first lasted about 2 or 3 seconds before the dream collapsed. My second resulted in an FA which I used to get lucid again, then it lasted another minute or two after that. It takes a pretty long while to get a longer LD. Having an LD at all is a really good sign nonetheless, though!
I can’t help you with WILD, though. I haven’t tried it yet.
Hi, and welcome to the forum! I think you are off to a great start. Begin keeping a dream journal DJ if you do not already. Just knowing that LD is “real” will do a lot to help you have more LD experiences. That’s so cool that you were able to WILD! I have not been able to. Lots of people on the forum do not speak english as a first language, but we speak “dreams” fluently and with passion, and love to share and encourage each other. So please don’t worry about your english. Keep posting and asking questions. And read as much as you can. I really admire people who speak other languages, but can communicate in english, even if it isn’t perfect!

I have held a DJ since 5 months, I hope that I will have my second LD soon, I’m just a little frustrated because there is more indications and I often ask me the question :“Is it a dream ?” in my dream, but that doesn’t go farther !
Good! Sounds like you are just on the verge. I have had some success with WBTB, I just get up for a few minutes and write over and over on a piece of paper things like,“I will remember to look at my hands.” “I will remember to hold my nose and try to breathe.” “I will remember to crawl on the floor.” “I will remember to examine an object closely.” Then I go back to bed and do SSILD. That has worked for me a couple of times, but I didn’t get strong lucidity. I’m still new to this as well. Good luck! Sounds like you are very close to another LD.
