My way of RCing...

Hello, I’ve been practicing ADA recently and I just happened to remember this so I thought I would share :smile:

So there are lots of way of RCing, like breathing through your nose closed (feels very weird :tongue: ), counting fingers, checking the clock, etc.

But what works the best for me is just focusing.
What I mean is when I suspect I’m dreaming, I just stop right where I am and intensly focus all around my enviornment (mainly the feeling of my body, the consciousness) and WALAH! You get out of the “reality feeling” and just get this feeling that it’s a dream.

I think this works in a way similar to that of ADA or LL, I thought it would be a nice tool for anyone having troubling finding a nice RC
