hey, i’m hoping to achieve lucidity by doing WILD, WBTB, and autosuggestion, it’s war now:p
i’ve made an autosuggestion to wake up at 3:50 yesterday and i woke up somewhere between 3:50 and 3:59
i know that because i set my alarm to 4:00 and i heard it after i woke up.
i stayed awake for a few minutes and then tried to fall back to sleep, it was 3 hours till i had to get up for school. but i only remembered 2 dreams(should be more right?)neither of them were lucid, i might post em up soon. but not now, my friend is next to me and he’s getting impatient:p
i’ll try again tonight
oh heheh, well then it is ideal for them to be lucid, but it takes effort. If at first you don’t succeed, keep trying! It is more than well worth it - trust me.
it’s nearly time for me to go to bed again, i’ll try to take some B6 which is said to work AMPLIFIED with theta brainwaves and THEN i’ll try WBTB+WILD, i’ve been autosuggesting a lot too
so it’s WAR now
You can get vitamin B6 at any store which sells vitamins, like grocery stores or pharmacies. It shouldn’t cost any more than any other bottle of vitamins would.
Keep trying, sirius. I do WBTB EVERY night and have been for the past 7 days. Only 3 remembered lucid dreams out of so far, but I can see the frequency gradually raising.
This is my daily routine. It haven’t gotten a real LD from it yet, but I haven’t been using it long, and I came close once.
sleep between 10:00 and 11:30, wake up at 5:30 (autosuggestion), WILD, wake up at 7:00 (watch alarm) to try WILD again, usually fall asleep again, wake up at 7:15 (watch), then either recall dreams OR another WILD attempt until 7:25 (watch alarm). If I fall asleep, I have my backup normal alarm to wake me up at 7:30 for school.
last night was totally screwed but it did help me with something:
because i had to write a lot i thought i’d go to sleep an hour later then usual.
i had autosuggested to wake up at the usual time(3:50) to hopefully finish writing then.
well, i didn’t wake up from my alarm clock but i woke up an hour later(more or less), could it be that you set your biological clock an hour forward when going to bed an hour later?
