Do you feel tired before nap or do you go to nap just because of LD?
When do you nap?
How long do you nap?
How does WILD “looks”[are the sensations the same as at night] like?
After how much time you start to feel sensations?
And there are few more questions that I can’t think of right know…
But feel free to describe your experience with that, and pls give as much details as you can. Tnx!
1.) The latter. I might be tired after I woke up in the morning, but when I go to sleep for the nap, I’m not tired anymore.
2.) After 7 - 8 hours of sleep, I’m not sure about this, I didn’t record at which time I went to sleep when I took the nap the next morning…When I took a nap, I woke up at 8 am, stayed up for two hours, went back to sleep at 10 am and had time to sleep until 12 am…
3.) …which means my naps were about two hours long.
4.) I guess they are the same sensations (I rarely have them anyway so I can’t tell for sure). Maybe you wouldn’t feel them as much as usually since the whole process is faster than at night.
5.) Whenever I had a LD during a nap, it was always like this: I went to sleep, had a ND, woke up, recorded it, went back to sleep again and had a LD. As I said, I don’t experience the sensations most of the time, so I’d have to guess on this question. I’d say I felt them almost right away (a bit like DEILD) and I were inside the dream after one minute.
