natural

when I was little I used to ld naturally once in a while. I never could control it. It was scarey for me to suddenly realize I was dreaming. Now obviousely it is exciting( or I wouldn’t be on this forum). When I decided that I wanted to learn to LD at will I found the clock reality check was the first thing that worked. Sometimes I would loose my lucididty but as soon as I checked the clock and then recheked it to see how drastically it changed I was immediatly lucid again. WILD is the best technique that works for me now.

hm, that’s cool. I wanted to learn WILD but lack the attention span. Congrats on learning the most difficult method of LD induction!

From what you say, you seem to be a natural lucid dreamer. If I were you I would now concentrate on what you really want to gain from lucid dreaming. Plan your next lucid dream while awake, and stick to the plan once you become lucid. Introduce one aspect at a time. By doing this, lucid dreamers can become advanced lucid dreamers and gain more and more control over their lucid dreams - but gradually, one step at a time.
Good luck.
