Hi people. I would like to know what are the various products I can consume so that I may become quickly very sleepy in order to have more sleep, REM sleep, and not deep sleep?
It is very important for me at this time because I would like to have at least ten more dreams per day/night.
You can list anything you think that can truly help me, the strong stuff, which will really put me in a sleepy or ‘tired’ state and such that I could ‘cut’ the sleep every few minutes to benefit of more dreams; so anything that won’t make me enter deep sleep.
You can even list those products which may not be very healthy if used in the long term, because I intent to do this only for a few days and maximum for a month.

If you want to have more dreams no need to take drugs (medicine). You only need to keep a DJ/DD and record in it whatever you recall of your dreams. Perhaps in 2 years of practicing the DD you could remember 10 dreams per night
You could take sleeping pills which are very stupid. Why ? Because they should make your body to fall asleep, but they make your mind to fall asleep and thus your body will fall asleep a lot later than the mind does resulting in insomnia and even sleepwalk.
When waking up, one will be very tired if one has taken those pills - I don’t recommend them. So, George, medical things and technology can’t do all the things the human mind and body does itself. Perhaps you will find something like that, but if you don’t want to get addicted to it (like a drug) and get badly sick, I’d suggest to take that DJ.
Vitamin B6 and B12 have reports to improve dream recall. I’ve tried it a couple of night. I did remember a couple of dreams per night, but I’m not sure if that was significantly more than normal.
So I usualy have between 10 and 30 dreams per day, with great recall, but this month I’ve been having some difficulties for some reasons and to overcome them will take me time, and taking some products for a few days and maximum a month would help get more dreams which I must have at this time, as I am used to working with them.
I just need anything that would enable me to enter light dream sleep, REM, very quickly, no matter what could be side effects, for it is only for a few days and certainly never again.
Of course the dream journaling is a fine idea that you proposed me, but I don’t personaly use it and still recall dozen of dreams per day; I believe that if you truly express your happiness for working with your deeper parts of the self thanks to dreams and if you that these dreams are important to you, you need no dream jurnaling to prove that dreams are important to you, unless you wish to record important dreams from time to time.
Would Diphenhydramine allow me enter REM sleep in stead of deepers sleep? Does it act quickly - within 30 minutes like?

Valerian root tea may help. I have brewed Valerian root and drank the tea a few minutes before bed and I got so sleepy and recalled about 7 or eight dreams, when I was before only recalling 2 dreams. I slept for a long time too. The more sleep, the more dreams, right?
Hummmm, I once took something herbal (I’m embarassed to admit that I don’t remember what it was o_O) to help me fall asleep (I’ve had terrible insomnia then) and it actually kept me up all night . I haven’t slept even for a minute.
