Hey all i was just trying to get some feedback and maybe some advice about something. Now I ve been reading about lucid dreaming for about a full week now or so and have only had one lucid dream at like the night that I practiced my first techniques. Ever since that I havent really had any lucid dreams…or dreams AT ALL for that matter and now Ive been doing a lot of reading through the lucidity shortcuts. A lot of people were talking about audio and it helping to make you lucid. Now I downloaded some binural beats off a site that was given and unfortunetly I tried them during my afternoon nap and nothing!..I just slept and was rudly awaken because I accidently burned one of the files from the site warpmymind.com onto my mp3…Now this is the one file that helps you with lucid dreams and now im wondering if this is really safe to try and need some real feedback because I dont want to experiment with anything that may harm me. Also I was wondering If i dont listen to that hypnosis guy while I slept what if I listen to him while im awake doing some work or something…will it have the same affect…
And last thing I heard something abou listening to Dr. Laberge and I just wanna listen to his interview and I lost the link from the other forum so if anyone has it itd b muchly appreciated:D

But um does anybody have a edited file of the Leberge interview as my computer is pure shit and I cant get the editing programs and stuff becuase im starting to doubt the warpmymind files incase my weeny falls off or anything
if you download that laberge audio file and then just rename the file to .mp3 at the end it hsould change into an mp3 file (mine did) then I converted it to WAV and burnt it…
I’ve been reading about shortcuts for the longest time. How certain herbs will help you, or how listening to certain things will help you, but I have found that it is just going to take work. Follow the book, keep a journal. If you’re like me, it takes alot to keep a journal like that, because I like my sleep and if I wake up in the morning for just a second I don’t want to take time away from my sleep to write in the journal and there goes some of my dream recall. But it seems to me to be just like everything else, all good things come at a price. I’m STILL trying to perfect my LDing ability and this will be the 5th year I’ve been practicing it. But I’m not as disciplined as some people. I can be very lazy about some things. But I think that, if you really put your mind to it, and take all the proper steps that it will work.
