Before I go to bed I listen to a lucid dream track to help me become lucid, but last night seemed like a total failure, I downloaded Lucid_Remix that I found on the forums. After the track is over I fell asleep, I woke up and remembered nothing. I always remember something about a dream, it’s like I never even had one. Like my brain said, “oh hai, sry but I took a vacation, BBL!”. Did I do something wrong? But I got to say, I did get a full night sleep after playing that sound file
I always used to wake up. Anyway, do I need to fall asleep while the track is playing? I just did not want to fall asleep while it was playing because the cord might get wrapped around my neck. Plus, when the track is over it will start it all over again. And all I need to hear the whole time I’m dreaming is “this is a dream” and stuff like that. I think I would get it after the first few times. lol. Also, on the first night I tried to become lucid it happened but I woke up. I don’t know if it was wan OOBE because I could see my self getting up, like a ghostly self while my eyes were closed. btw, I’m doing the WILD method. WILD seems to be the best for me, as it’s less to do. I just need some tips on what to do. And I-doser Lucid Dream seems to only have a little effect on me, if any at all.
Are you doing this combined with WBTB? If you not try doing this with WBTB and fall asleep while listening to it as you should be in the middle of a REM cycle and your mind will dream quickly.
I’m not sure that listening to those tapes is the best way to go. If I were you, I’d switch to other ways of doing it, such as RC’s during the day. What you do during the day can have a strong impact.
I would think that listening to the tape in combination with WBTB would help a lot. Lat Night you might have just had an off night, don’t get worked up about it, it happens to everybody. Even the great Moogle.
