i recentyly made this technique (mainly for those who’s dream contain normal and not out of the ordinary content)
its called Reality induced lucid dream and it goes like this. one day completely change your scedule and do at least one thing you have never done before. when you have a dream that seems very sane/normal you will realise that you should be doing something different than this (because it is your normal day of life).
this works for people like me because 2 nights ago in my dream i turned on my computer and everything was loading as normal and then i ran a spyware check on my comp and ad-aware was exactly as it should be and the spyware it found was the ones i usually get and all the icons on my desktop was on the exactly same location on the desktop as usualy and this happens to me alot and in the morning i could belive how acurate it was .
