New User (experience of pre cog dreams and OBEs)

I’m 16 years old and have always been fascinated with dreams. There were several phenomena that I had a hard time explaining to myself when I was younger. One of which happened to me quite often. About once a week, before a fell asleep, my body felt like it was twisting/spinning, falling at an immense rate and sometimes it felt like I could feel gravity pulling on me (kind of hard to explain). Then I felt like I was up in the air hovering. I could turn around and see my body lying on my bed. I know now that these were Outer Body Experiences. I am a firm believer of the physical body and the separate astral mind. These still happen to me just not quite as often like once a month. Cording to my friends’ stories that is a lot. Another phenomena that happens to me quite often still is having premonitions. I know this site isn’t connected to premonitions at all but it would be great if someone could better explain them to me. I would dream and remember it. Then at some random time period that dream would display in real life. Whether it was the next day or a couple of months after the dream. I know it wasn’t deja vu because I could remember the dreams vividly. I became interested in lucid dreaming not that long ago. I can remember one time when I know for sure I was in a lucid dream. I have read all the steps and I am stoked to obtain complete lucidity.

One question though, does caffeine affect lucid dreaming or outer body experiences at all? I drink a lot of coffee and I recently noticed I stopped having Outer Body Experiences so often when I started drinking it.

 hello welcome to LD4all, I moved your post from quest to beyond dreaming. Since we have sticky topics on OBEs and precog dreams in this forum.

Maybe our world is one infinite dream, and your precognitive dreams are not predicting the future – they are creating it. Something to think about…

And try to hone your ability to have OBEs as best you can! It sounds like you’re eager to become lucid, and OBE induction techniques can be used to lucid dream as well. Pretty sweet!
