I was talking to my friends today, about dreams and stuff. They were saying about nightmares they’d had, and one of them turned around and asked me what the last nightmare I’d had was. I thought for a moment, trying to remember. It suddenly dawned on me that I had not in fact had a nightmare that I could remember in at least 5 years. That is not to say that I’ve had nightmares and not remembered them, because I do remember at least something every night, and would definitely remember a nightmare. Anyway, I thought back, and the only nightmare I could remember was one from my childhood, which is probably one of the earliest dreams I actually remember. It was a strange dream where me and my brothers where hiding from this ghoul guy and he chased us about a lot…was really scary at the time.
I’m slow on nightmares also. Usually my cat somehow manages to find itself in a grave danger in what I call a typical nightmare of mine. Sometimes I dream that I’m back in high school again (finished hight school half a year ago). The sensation of waking up after a nightmare like that is awesome. I think to myself “Thank god I need to get up for work!”.
I can’t really say that I have had a nightmare since my first lucid dream (in which my bro’ fell into a lake with alligators and I realised I was dreaming).
Now, I always have SOME control over what happens (though it never makes me lucid -_-).
i have nightmares like that also.
my nightmares usally consist of me being the main problem (for example i killed people by accident) or like the ones of my cat…the last dream i can recollect of BabyKitty was when she turned into a zombie, and i had to kill her.
that is a nightmare!
Ah well i think ill join the club then, no nightmares for me . Havent had one since i was 8. When usualy dream of monsters, evil and all those things nightmares are made of (not that i really know - havent had them in a looong time) i end up facing them with awesome super powers, so it fun really.
i had my last nightmare 4 month ago, and it wasnt THAT scary (altough the theme was , which i dont tell here cuz its DISGUSTING) but i remained stoical for some reason
