No trance?

Alright, so whenever I try the MP3 files for LD that are supposed to put you in a trance-like state to increase your chances of a LD, I’ll listen to it, eyes closed, relaxed, but I don’t think I’m ever really in a trance.

Ideas?

Listen to it while falling asleep.

Hey, you’re Swedish, too. >.<

Well, I would, I’m just worried that (since apparently I move around in my sleep rather than just being still) my head phones will rip off me head when I’m sleeping and/or while it’s still going, and I’d rather not have it without headphones. =P

Oh, well look at that  I am :woo:

I always put the song on my mp3, that way the chance of getting strangled is at minimum since moving then will only toss your mp3 around.

Oh, I’m not worried about getting strangled. lol. Just that the headphones will come off in my sleep and will possibly break. If I were to put it on my MP3, I’d have to remove practically half of all my songs (it’s only 121MB and I can’t afford a new one. It’d help if I had an iPod. >_>). I’ll try again tonight but if the headphones come off then I’m jackin’ somebody’s iPod.

Thanks.

It took some “practice” for me as well before I managed to keep my earphones on while sleeping. It’s all about placing them so they won’t fall off so easy.

It’s not that they fall off. I want to be able to stay still when I sleep but for some reason when I sleep I move around (not sleepwalking fortunately.) so the headphones end up getting ripped off of my head, because they can’t fall out.

I tried it with my MP3 last night (temporarily moved songs from my mp3 players to the computer) and my headphones STILL got ripped off my head. >_>

Don’t you mean experience?
