I’ve only ever had two categorically “vivid” dreams, I mean they’re nearly always quite clear but not what you describe. The vivid dreams were so unbelievably incredible that even remembering them now months later gives me the remnant of an amazing feeling. Those dreams kind of make you want to sleep for eternity in that dream
Oh hi guys, I thought this thread died a long time ago and thats why i didnt write anything about the kohlrabi.
Anyway, I make a salad out of it, cut it into little pieces, add olive oil and lemon juice and youre done. I usually eat a full bowl (300ml) of the salad. So far, out of the 10 times I tried it I got vivid dreams 6 times. Works pretty well for me.
Looked it up on wiki, It might be the amount of Vitaman C…it is 62 mg (103% im guessing that is for a reccomended daily serving)
So start drinking lots of OJ people
I had a very, VERY vivid ND last night, it’s in my dream journal. I was completely convinced.
It’s a longshot, but it seems the later I go to sleep and the more tired I am, the longer my dreams last, and the more vivid it is.
Interesting that food can help you have LD’s.Also Carlos Castaneda has in his books some vegetables that if prepared in an appropriate way can make you have some effect in your dreams…
This may simply be speaking from circumstantial evidence here, but it is my personal experience that the more vivid dreams you have- the more vivid your dreams will be.
Similar to Dream Recall in general, really.
At least that’s how it is for me. I used to never have dreams with senses other than sight/sound but now i routinely get touch and taste and smell too.
So my advice? might not be good, but try doing the same steps you would take to increase recall, but with vividity instead.
