Try a different method. You may be able to break your dry spell by trying something different. I would recommend MILD to start off since it is easy, or WILD if you are looking for a challenge.
Magic Qwan…maybe if you take care about your nutrition…not only eat healthy food but dont eat 2 hours before sleeping…try to calm down by watching a movie or listen to music and imagine some older dreams without lying on the bed…when you feel sleepy then lie to bed and just feel like can’t stand waiting for your LD which if doesn’t come tonight it definately visit you tomorrow…feel sure all the time about your abilities…this may help you…because of my awareness that LD is difficult i can have lucid dreams almost everynight…so don’t feel nervous this kills your chances…
Feel like LDs are given every night…make every part of your brain to understand this because it’s your choice to have some LDs among the other dreams…
