How deliciously sucky! Sacral sure is right, and I suppose the rest is too. shrugs A couple of the numbers changed dramatically since they last time though.

i remember seeing a different one like this back and it said you meditate to open/close the chakras helped me relax can’t find the link but there you go.

The root chakra being underactive really surprised me, I expected that to be one of my stronger points…(although I did guess right about the navel thing; it’s the most noticeable sensation whenever I do chakra exercises
