Opinions Please!

I have often wondered which of the two most common techniques do people use the most and which gives the best results over a period of time. So what technique do you use, MILD or WILD?

I mostly use MILD but i’m trying WILD also and am pretty close.

I use mild and wake up 1-2 times a night to attempt wild. Since August I’ve had 2 MILDs and 1 WILD, :confused:
