other means for WBTB

Well last night i tried my first WBTB followed by a MILD. I know it worked because i remember being in my dream and then i realized i was dreaming, however i was only able to control one thing (i told someone to leave me a long and they disappeared) but after that i lost my focus and forgot that i was dreaming and that i could control it and fell asleep. So i’d say i was in a very low lucidity. But the thing is in order for me to do a WBTB i had to set my alarm, and if i do it on a school night then it’s going to wake up my parents.

So what would happen if i set my cell phone to vibrate and slept with it? I figure it will either cause me to wake up or it will cause me to do something in my dream correct?

That may be a good idea. If you put the cellphone under the pillow depending on how thick it is…or somewhere else that you’ll be sure you’ll wake up with it. You never know, the vibirations could even cause a lucid state. :smile:
