Well last night i tried my first WBTB followed by a MILD. I know it worked because i remember being in my dream and then i realized i was dreaming, however i was only able to control one thing (i told someone to leave me a long and they disappeared) but after that i lost my focus and forgot that i was dreaming and that i could control it and fell asleep. So i’d say i was in a very low lucidity. But the thing is in order for me to do a WBTB i had to set my alarm, and if i do it on a school night then it’s going to wake up my parents.
So what would happen if i set my cell phone to vibrate and slept with it? I figure it will either cause me to wake up or it will cause me to do something in my dream correct?
