I have had a few LD’s recently. The last one, I became lucid, yet let the dream continue at its own course. I Enjoyed it greatly. I found a cute redhead, had a nice car and a cabin in the wild.
The reason why I did not try to control the dream was because every time, save one, I have tried to control my form/surroundings/physics my LD has become very unstable. My body panics, my mind trys to stop it and gain control (rubbing hands, spinning) but all fails. I wake up panting and jump upright.
Any advice from the most experienced? There are lots of things on my list to do, but how can I if my body panics every time I try to control somting!
Also, I was able to try and fly a few times, but was only able to shortly levetate. Any advice there?
I think you will get better at dream control as you have more LD ‘s. You will get used to being lucid. I suggest that you do not rush thing at first. Just try and change little things first then move on to bigger things. Your dream control should progress quickly. You just have to try and stay calm in your LD. Keep practicing.
Happy Dreaming
