You are 100% valid and if your medication is helping you then you should continue to take it. I hope you always have access to the medicine you need to best help you. You know yourself best and no one has the right to tell you what your experience is or that you don’t understand how a medication effects your experience. Don’t listen to those who want to gaslight you.
Agreed! Back to the topic. Sometimes I’ve had lingering physical sensations or “ghost pain” from dreams, but that seems a little different than your experience?
As for the blind dreams, I’m sure I’ve had dreams where I can’t see well, but I don’t think I’ve ever woken up with eye pain from that. I wonder if it has anything to do with REM???
Ghost pain does describe it some. I can’t remember the sensation that well. It feels like some sticky gooey thing running through my veins in the dream and when I wake up.
