Are there ingredients that help DR or LD in pop or juice?
I know there’s alot of other stuff so I just wanted to know.
I heard that Orange Juice sometimes helps with LD’s
And I haven’t heard anything about soda

I recommend blueberry or pomegranate juice, or any mixed juice with these fruits in them. Both are incredibly rich in vitamin B6, which some studies and much anecdotal evidence has shown to improve the vividness of dreams.
Lol, you just reminded me I need to get a pomegranate tomorrow . Also, once we got a pomegranate and I ate everything in it before going to bed and remembered my dream perfectly but forgot it later on

I’ve got a left over can of Pepsi so I’ll drink it before I go to bed to see if it has any effects on my dreams .
