Uum hey I dont come here that much but a mate who does advised me I should tell you all of this dream thats becoming quite a common occurance but not as often as I like, I have attempted at LD serveral times and failed several times!
Generally my dreams are of my past as well as me saving/fighting to protect the world or something of the sort Any how this was taken from my blog at MySpace
as stated in my other blogs posted there my friend has had a similar dream of Bright Orange asteriods/comets falling from the sky and speedy orange blurs running around and a few days later I too saw the same orange blur in a quick 5 second dream knocking me down and atually feeling the impact after awakening
Most would say this would be connected with my emotions conencted to my past, but I believe it to be something more like a warning or somethin I dunno any how muchos gracious for any one who transcribes this dream for me and unravel its mysterious or perhaps even use their “1337 LD” skills to find out the mystery of this phenomenon!
It doesn’t seem to follow a logical pattern to me. But dreams often don’t, so.
I mean, I see no connection between the phrase and the action going on that moment. “They are coming”…it judt doesn’t make any sense to me in such a situation. From what I can tell, you seem to have dreams often inspired by games, so it may just have been your mind trying to recreate a game-like “cutscene”, with struggle, dark figures and environment, and a mysterious phrase.
Getting dazzled is a common motif in games (see Cloud’s fits from FFVII, for example), dark figures are almost in any game, graveyards are pretty common too, and an impending menace (“they are coming…”) is often presented to the player during everyday life situations (like getting to the house and tipping the guy) at the beginning of games to get the storyline started (it seemed like any other regular day when all of a sudden…). The hero often has “hunches” too (“it must be what I’m expecting”).
Well, I suppose your dreams ARE mostly based on comics/games/cartoons/fiction/whatever you watch/do. However, I must say the buzz effect seems interesting.
I’m not really sure about the whole “prophecy”, idea, but you should pay attention for this buzzing. Try to remember it as a DS.
Well, me and my sister keep dreaming of this guy and every time we dream of him we get a weird sensation in our stomachs. We have actually found out a lot about him and we have the feeling that he might be from another world/dimension. That’s primarly one of the reasons I’m trying to go lucid, so I can talk to him. So I don’t think you should ignore your dreams.
you get headaches a lot irl? if not, then like Rodrigo said, you can use it as a dream sign.
also, i think it is quite fantastic what you have going on in your dreams with the whole continued subconcious dream. like how in one dream you were warned of “them coming” and in the next dream “they (the superheroes) came”
