i changed the title from ‘pregnancy dreams’ to ‘pregnant in dreams’ since it seemed to suggest dreams while pregnant, while the topic is about something else. ~ Q ~
I’ve had a few dreams where I was pregnant (points to gender. >_>) and I actually acted like a pregnant mother in a few.
What do these mean? I’m a 14 year old male. I have no business being pregnant in the dream world.
Who knows and who cares? Dreams are dreams. People secure in their gender (Normal people) will dream of the strangest things, including being the opposite sex. It doesn’t mean anything.
can you point out any other things that were strange that stuck out.
I think that the pregnancy could represent a burden you feel like you have (I dunno wats goin on in your life right now so I’m just taking pot shots mkay) or somthing I’m not entirely sure dammit I realy need to read up on dream interpretations a bit more.
Well dreams are personal and dreams don’t have to mean the same thing for everyone. You are the best person to know what it means, because you had the dream.
As for being pregnant, it reminds me of creating new ideas or devolping new things. When you’re pregnant you made something new inside of you. Giving birth could then be “releasing” the idea/new thing and when you have a baby you’re taking care of it.
Haha! This just tickled my funny bone. “I have no business being pregnant in the dream world.”
It’s a legitimate question, that’s for sure. It’s scary and disconcerting enough to be a female and dream of being pregnant (if you’re not ready for it, it’s not the best dream to have). But to be a male…
As other people here said, it can mean all sorts of things. The best way to discover what it meant is to write up the dreams, examine how you felt both in the dreams and after waking, and look for any connections it had to the real world. Are you seeing more mentions of babies or being pregnant? Do you feel as though you’re carrying around a burden? Are you going through big changes or a transition in your life? Do you feel lonely? It may seem silly, but ask yourself any and all questions you can think of concerning the dream, and you should be well on your way to discovering what it means.
I would hope the most people leave their business at work or school. It’s not such a great idea to bring it home if you can help it. And for the love of God, don’t bring it into your sleep.
On a more serious note, only you can tell what a dream means to you. It could have meaning, or it could be a passing curiosity.
