Usually when I try to WILD, I concentrate on my breathing and quite soon I can start hearing sounds and after a little while I can see pictures. As I have read, I would need to concentrate on those images, but my problem is, when I concentrate on the sounds/pictures, I just zoom back into the real life.
I just cannot concentrate on them and when I don’t pay attention to them, I will fall asleep without myself noticing it.
Any tips appreciated
Edit: Oops, I think I posted it in a slightly wrong forum, could anyone move it to Quest to Lucidity please? (If this topic is in the wrong forum that is)
It’s not concentration in quite the traditional sense. The way our conscious mind it trained to “concentrate” is a way that will bring you back into reality. You have to remain aware and when you start to see these images and hear these sounds (which means you are very close by the way) and relax. Try to recognize what it feels like when these images form and foster that feeling.
Ok, I will try it, now I can try to WILD more peacefully because I’m at my friends and I can tell him to shut up . Thanks for your answers, I appreciate that
