Problems with sinking into WILD

Well, it’s been a while since i last posted. It’s still going unsucesful for me. It’s either that i fall asleep too soon, or that a while after the whole body goes into full numbness that i feel a really big surge of discomfort, like it’s starting to hurt which forces me to need to stop it. I doubt this is normal, but i wanted to ask.

If that’s the case, do WILD a bit later after waking up. Do WBTB for a few minutes longer, until you feel that you’re ready to WILD without falling asleep immedeately.

It may be caused either by physical discomfort or the roll over signal. Make sure you lie in your bed in your most comfortable position. Find a position, which you can lie in for some time without feeling discomfort. Personally I prefer laying on my back or on my stomach.
If all the discomfort is caused by the roll over signal, try to resist moving for a while. There’s always a chance that it will go away. Of course, if it’s totally torturing you, stop WILD’ing, change your sleeping position and try again. I’ve only experienced the roll over signal once. All you have to do is to think about something else. What you feel is only mental & not real.
