You got many things working. DR(which is most important) you are getting partially lucid and also you have your DS. Those DS that you dream from the day is also called day residue. As you said, you dream about things or people that happened/were in your day before sleep. You can use that very well to turn it into RC. I’ve also made a topic about something similar. Check it out!
It could be MILD but in general it’s DILD.
I think you should get more sleep. Studies shown that adult person should get 8 hours of sleep. Teenagers and students even more. If you wake up every day at 7 you can keep that time but get in bed little earlier, like in 10p.m. This will also give you more time to dream because at the end of the sleep cycle your REM is getting longer and you may have more time in your lucid dream. Those 2 hours are actually one sleep cycle which sometimes could mean a lot, one LD if not even more…
