PROGRAM: Reality Check Reminder

Hey guys, new program.
Simple program - this window stays always on top on the center of your screen in a small small window. It shows a small picture. It was originally designed for the funky kin logo’s on ld4all. Every hour it will blink between kin1.gif and kin2.gif (which is default an exclimation mark) and blink like that for two minutes. which will hopefully give you a nice silent reminder to do a reality check. Its very small and quiet, so good for a work environment too.

EDIT: Without thinking i included a kin icon (which was supplied to me upon request of writing the program) and this is actually property of ld4all/pasquale. Apologies!

The new version that should be avaiable now from the same link contains the alarm gif and an defaultgif that you can fill in with whatever you choose.

linky. virus scanned and all that jazz, but again, at your own risk.

Hey cool idea …i always forget to do RC’s this could be a new beggining

Corrupted file.

Would really appreciate a working file…Seemed like an good idea. That would make me much better at remembering LD’s, or I can just set an alarm to do that…?

Interesting.

Apologies, link is now working. My ISP’s ftp for some reason was ‘ghosting’ a corrupted upload, i’ve renamed, and padded the file with my other lucid program for convenience, plus i think the ultrasmall filesize was causing issues on the server end. Both applications are in there, and both should work. Let me know by PM if it doesn’t.

Good program for people who forget their RCs.

Fortunately I do about 100 a day - not exagerating - without needing to be reminded.

This would be excellent for someone who spends the day on the computer, i.e. programmer, software engineer, secretary, office worker, computer hacker, crazy gamer who dropped out of school, etc. lol

of which i am roughly all of the above

Very nice program. Simple and small, but its helping me remember to do my RCs (which I am very bad at remembering). Thanks.
