During the day when possible, I’ve always reminded myself to reality check with my watch and to see the words in newspaper. I want to ask a simple question that does it matter if the words i see are sentences or not or one single word anything…
I don’t think it matters if it is only one word or a whole sentence. Maybe a sentence is a bit better, because there’s a bigger change something changed. One word is easy to remember and easy to see again, so maybe that will not change that easily. When you have a whole sentence or text the change is bigger the exact phrasing is not the same. You can read in dreams, the only thing is that you can’t see the exact same words if you look at it for the second time. This is because the part of your brain which you use to read is almost not active when you’re sleeping.
It doesn’t matter as long as you still do the RC and read the word, look away and try to re-read it and see if it is still the same
when doing this , try doing it more then 1 look away and back , Because it might not cahgne on the first time.
like this one time , i did the text RC , and it just didnt cahnge , but i knew somthing was weird , so i kept looing at it , and looking aside , till eventually few letters changed , so when you do this , be sure you arn’t dreaming, pay attention to the text
- good luck ;D~
you may also want to try looking at your hands and counting the fingers as a RC it works for alot of people i know
good luck
Didn’t LaBerge say there was something like a 75% chance it’ll change the second time, and a 95% chance on the third time? I’m not sure of exact percentages, but basically look 3 times to be certain.
I don’t think it matters, because a digital watch is only 4 numbers. I sometimes just look at the word Sony on a hi-fi.
thats right its ~70% first time and ~92% second time
so try it twice
