I wanna know if i could ask my SC something that i don’t know. (ie: does this girl think i’m cute?) and in real life i have no clue.
Could i do that?

As far as I know, the SC will make an educated guess based on all the information it has. Since we take in a lot more information during the day than we consciously process , it has more information to work with. However, the fact that you want or expect a certain answer may affect the outcome.
Whether it will give you an accurate answer is hard to say

You could, ofcourse you can ask. But the answer of the SC will be what you expect it to be, or not (like people said in the posts above). If you would like it to be “yes” and think about this when asking the SC it will probably say yes. If you are afraid it would say “no” then it might say no. A very common answer to all SC questions would be “perhaps”, in that case the SC tells you simply it doesn’t know. Expect any other weird answer from your SC (or any), cause you can’t know the truth by searching yourself for the RL truth. You could only find that out IRL.
Now, what the SC tells you will affect you in a very deep way: you will start believing what it told you even though you know it’s not true and the SC only made a guess. You’ll see signs IRL which prove that what the SC told you was right. But it’s just the suggestion power, not the real truth.
I’d say you solve this IRL. SC can only help making the dream come true in dream life and it can’t tell you what you don’t know as it is a part of your “you”… or even you yourself… 
It can’t tell you weather that girl likes you or not, but it can tell you weather you like her her or not.
SC is based on experiences. If you had experiences where SC could say yes to the question, then the question will, ofcourse, be yes. You get what I mean?

I don’t believe anyone can really know the answer to this. I think it might ultimately depend on your beliefs, expectations etc. However, it is an interesting question.
I have a suggestion though. Why don’t you try to conjure her up in your dream and ask her there what she thinks. Then, just for the fun of it, ask her in waking reality and see what happens. I’d be interested to see what happened.
Also, you might try accessing the SC with a pendulum first. This probably would be quicker.
