Question about vibrations

Hey everyone, my name’s Jordan and I need some advice. The last 2 times I’ve tried WILD I see some H.I. not too much, then it turns into really real like “moving” action, like I’ll be walking and looking around, but not in a dream, still in H.I. It goes black for awhile, and then all of a sudden I feel these vibrations, not to strong, but enough to get my attention. And I end up loosing the vibrations, and come back to H.I…Now first off, isn’t it true that once u get past the vibrations, you can enter a lucid dream. And two, what should I do to not wake myself from these vibrations.
Thanks everyone for your help. Peace.

Hello Jordan

hmm it may not be the best advice but I suggest you do a reality check when you get these vibrations. you might very well be already in a dream! Personally when I get the vibrations I push out of my body.
You say you reach a point you are walking in the HI? I suggest at that point rubb your HI hands together, or just imagine rubbing them together, you may be surprised that it isn’t HI anymore  i know that because it happened to me before. Otherwise I think you should ignore the vibrations and focus on the HI.

Good Luck!

Good advice from Dark sider. The vibrations you can experience are a sign that you are getting more relaxed and deeper into trance (into alpha/theta range). This is a natural thing (although not everyone experiences it), try to kind of “go with the flow” of it, at a certain point they should stop by themselves (as you noticed). Anywhere in this process you can already try to enter a lucid dream, Dark Sider gave some examples of how to do so, personally i have developped my own (WILD) method to kind of OBE myself into a LD at this stage (i just roll my dreambody out of my sleeping position).

Yes, you are so close to dreaming at this point (if not already dreaming). When I get to this point I don’t do anything. Just continue to let go of more of my consciousness. Ignoring or gently pushing a away any thoughts. Before long I will usually feel my body being pulled in some direction (most often through my feet). Next thing I know I am standing in my dream room fully lucid.

At first it might be hard for you to suppress feeling like excitement because, you know you are close. But in no time, you will learn to let go of these things and just let “it” happen. In my experience and sort of active thought will wake you back up.
