Question-Relaxed feeling

Hey, I’m new here. I’ve been neglecting working on Lucid Dreaming, but I have a question. In bed the other night, before I went to sleep like normal, I became very relaxed. Instead of feeling the blankets and pillow, it seemed like I was “inside” my body. I was totally motionless, and felt nothing except my breathing. Before I became like this, my throat was being annoying and so was my nose. My breathing was very controlled, and I was fully conscious. Everything felt nice until I got an itch on my nose. I could ignore it, but then when I considered moving, I got scared that I wouldn’t be able to. It felt disconnected from my body but when I tried to move, it was easy. When I stopped, I realized I was drooling…Lol.
Was this anything special?

Edit: Another Question.
Sometimes before I go to sleep, I start thinking about random things, and sometimes simple stories that I don’t totally understand start to develop in my mind. Then, I actually kind of think for a second, and suddenly it’s like POP and I’m back to being fully conscious. When I’m just thinking about random things, I don’t really hear sound of anything but then suddenly it’s back. It annoys me sometimes because I think I was just about to fall asleep. What’s the deal with this?

It sounds like you were close to falling asleep, if you try the WILD technique, and do the same thing again it might work.

I sure hope so. I really want to WILD sometime, but I keep procrastinating.

It sounds very much like you were on the verge of entering a dream there. Congratulations

This sounds like HI to me. I don’t believe HI is always accompanied by sounds, some people can even enter a dream without realizing, only when they decide to stop trying do they notice they are actually dreaming.

Ha, thanks. Sounds promising so far. I keep forgetting how much I want to have another LD.
