When u already have had a lot of LDs, with a certain technique, lets say for example MILD. Do u have to do the tactic every night in order to work? or when u have had already alot of LDs do they just come naturally?

How exactly do u wake up from a lucid dream? just thinking about it?

and can a veteran lucid dreamer tell me what is your favorite technique and why? and your favorite LD , thanks !!!
Well if the technique you use works for you, then why would you stop using it in the first place? You don’t have to use it every night to achieve lucidity, you could use other methods if you want. If you have a lot of LDs, they could come more easily and naturally, because once you’re use to that feeling of gaining lucidity…eventually after a few lucids, you’ll be able to recreate it through the experiences. It’s hard to explain, once you get your first few LDs you’ll understand.
Hahah , why would you want to wake from them?! There are a lot of different methods of waking yourself. A few that I’ve heard before…try to move your dreambody & closing your eyes and trying to get your real eyes open. Something like that… but not a lot of people want to wake up from a lucid dream. And just thinking about waking up probably works as well.
I don’t consider myself a veteran LDer, but…my favorite technique would be WILD, because it’s quick and an exciting experience. BUT, I don’t recommend WILD to beginners, it just takes some time to adjust, and play around with. Don’t have a favorite LD.
and a question from my side: do you still keep your DJ? is it necessary to keep it if you got multiple LD´s a night?
I recommend you to keep it until your recall is very good and you can write your dreams like you writing a story.Good luck !
and veteran or experienced lucid dreamers, how much time did it take for u guys for your first?
My first…according to my DJ, about 2weeks.
I don’t think you should stop journaling your dreams, even if you easily remember them. Once you stop journaling them, your recall may be good, but eventually drop. Save’ em in a journal, so you could use it as motivation later on, or just to remember your fun wacky dreams/LDs.
