Quick question about Dream Journals.

I recently started keeping a DJ about a week ago, and I was wondering if it’d be helpful to write down things about dreams I’ve had in the past. (whether in a recall sense or just in an extra practice at recording sense  )

:welcome: Heya NES! (Oy, I’m going to confuse you with Ness.)

Don’t know how much it’d help, but it wouldn’t hurt. You should write them on here so we can see. It might give your mind a little motivation to remember more and have vivid dreams.

Whenever you get the chance, go ahead and introduce yourself in ‘The BIG “Hi, I’m new here!”’ topic in the Gathering. =]

 Hi NES! Nice to meet you, my name is Ness!

Anyways, I think it would help if you wrote down things about past dreams. It could help you find dream signs and such, and might help you get lucid easier! :content:

You should start a DJ on here, it helped me a lot. Before I used to write down a few dreams a month in my written DJ. But on here I update it more often!

It’s always very interesting if you’re looking for patterns or interpretations to keep a record of past dreams that might relate to your new ones, and I would say the whole thing feels more complete if you have all dreams you can think of recorded.

So go ahead, it’s a very good idea to put past dreams in your new dream journal—by the way, congratulations on starting one!
