I’ve heard that WBTB automatically improves your ability to remember your dreams for that particular day. Is this true?
I think that it would make it easier to remember the “earlier” dreams before you wake up to do the WBTB, especially if you write them down then go back to sleep; and then later, after sleeping more, have a shorter time span to have and remember dreams from then on and less time to forget those.
I hope that made sense, I kind of run on a bit sometimes. It may or may not “automatically” improve it, but I definitely think it could really help.
It does make things a little easier since your mind is already somewhat active, and generally you have more dreams in the morning rather than later at night. It’s not a guarantee, but since you go into REM almost instantly, your ability to recall can improve.
