Recall intention, or MILD intention?

I have been recording dreams without a problem for the last week - setting my intention to do so before I went to bed. I was wondering whether I should keep doing this right before I go to bed and do the MILD procedure when I wake up in the night, or just do MILD all the time - not worrying about my intention to remember my dreams?

i do both every night

when i wake up should I write my dream down or just start MILD?

i write down everything i can remember about my dream, then i go back to doing MILD till i fall asleep.
