Hey guys. Those vets here will remember me from last year, and I haven’t been on since then.
It’s that time of year again when I get enough time to sleep and LD. And I need your help.
I’ve had I believe 3 very small and hazy LDs without trying from August to now, and I need you guys help in reintrouducing me into the lucid dreaming world and the best methods.
I used MILD last time, and it was only partially successful. I had around 8 LDs over those two months however, and I’d love to have that many or even more this time round.
So return the thirst to me, guys. I wanna LD…again.
I am in the same boat as you my friend, here is what I am beginning todo.
Logging all of your dreams in a DJ , better recall = more chances to become lucid.
RC’s throughout the day.
Watching Lucid Dreaming related movies and reading LD books.
The hardest thing for me atleast is maintaining a level of motivation, I dont understand why it is so difficult. Lucid dreaming is amazing you could do things you could only dream (pun) about. If you could motivate yourself to check your reality, to write down ALL of your dreams, to activaly recite a mantra or method of your choice. You will start LDing again.
I’ve started RCing and got a new dream diary. Managed to remember two dreams, so I’m glad that the recall skill that I worked so hard on last year hasn’t gone away.
