Remote Viewing (alseep or awake?)

Remote Viewing skills, how do you do it?

  • Awake
  • Asleep (by accident)
  • Asleep (while lucid)

I’m doing research into a possible link between remote viewing and lucid dreaming.

I personally feel I have some mild psychic abilities when awake but not enough to prove it isn’t coincidence. Remote viewing is a skill I appear to lack while awake but may be in tune with while lucid dreaming.

Does anyone else feel this? Has anyone read or know of any reports to indicate there is a possibilty?

I’ve made some RV tests and succeeded in them (so I was awake )
About ESP, parapsychologists think nowadays they are better in hypnagogic state than in awake state or in LD. That’s why they invented the Ganzfeld procedure. If you live near Edinburgh, do you know there is a Parapsychology Unit at Edinburgh University?

What is the Ganzfeld procedure? Wasn’t Ganzfeld some kind of cognitive psychologist that studied human visual perception?

The ganzfeld is a state of mild sensory deprevation. Here is an excerpt from the Skeptic Dictionnary:

Ganzfeld procedure was first devised by German psychologist Metzger in the late 1920’s. Ganzfeld means “total field” in German.

The lower your brainwaves are, the more succes you will have in ESP or RV (which is the same). Thats why sensory deprivation and relaxing works. Thats also why it works better in LDs then while fully awake. A possible explanation I personally find intriguing is that to tune into your ¨extra sensors¨ so to speak, you need to have an as good as possible link to your subconscious. We all know for example from experience that during sleep this link it pretty active through the content of our dreams.

This topic is difficult, as most of us with psychic abilities have health problems. This is due to having to maintain a foundation energy level in the lower dantien, which supports the upper dantien. Its like a dream projection/obe - when you run out of energy you are yanked out of the consciousness.
However it occurs in the crystal palace of the brain (deep center) and is projected onto what is called the third eye as a type of projection screen.
You must remain relaxed as any tenseness in the striate cortex will result in the loss of the projection.
Western society is not very condusive to this sort of thing.
You know, stress, high stress jobs… et cetera.

PhanthomSpectre how did you reach those conclusions?
