Right now in the process of WBTB - Need fast reply

After a few months of slacking i’m trying to get back into Lucid dreaming. As a matter of fact i’m right in the middle of the WBTB technique, and i’m going to try WILD soon.

Any tips for me? like what the process is for WILD? I’ve been asleep for about 3-4 hours.

Well, when you get back to bed, just relax your body, which won’t be that hard. Focus on the intention to lucid dream. Repeat in your mind something like “I wll go from being awake in the waking world to being awake in the dream world”, or something like that.

Then just start counting, for example, to help you stay aware. Try to focus on what you are doing, focus on the numbers so your mind doesn’t drift off… Try not to think anything like “oh, when will it start?”, “is this HI?” or whatever…

Try to observe anything passivly…
