I really want to LD and i am able to do so but only on the weekends. I feel that I am not getting enough sleep as a result of my school’s early start. When I wake up I am not awake. The only reason I get up is because I know I have to. I cant recal any dreams during the week because of 7 or less hours of sleep and this, as many of you know, is very VERY frustrating. Any tips, on how to change my sleep clock or something, would be much appreciated.

try going to sleep early every day so you’ll sleep longer
I’ve been trying this but I have trouble falling asleep so early, and I’d rather use my extra free time for other things.
The only solution is to get more sleep. And if you wake up very early, you shouldn’t have many problems getting to bed a little sooner, eh?
