have you ever seen your physical body during an obe? i did it this morning for the first time. i woke up from a dream, then didnt move my body, and then i used a exit technique. when i saw my physical body, i saw it with spectacles. after waking up, i realised that i didnt put on spects while sleeping at night. moreover, i saw myself wearing a different colour shirt during the obe. i know these are called reality fluctuations, do you know how to reduce these reality fluctuations ?
Yes, I have seen my body during an OBE . The first time I projected I floated to the cieling and then turned around. Was amazed to see that strange looking person sleeping in my bed!
Astral counter parts are always slightly different. for instance your physical walls may be the color blue, but in astral they appear green.
Sometimes it is just like that, but usually it is your unfocused daydreaming mind that Projects it’s own ideas onto reality. Practice meditation and being aware in daily life. Make sure you are psychologically in the same place you are physically At All Times throughout your waking life. for example, you are physically in the bathroom taking a shower, but psychologically you are at work ‘yesterday’ involved with what happened etc.
Bring yourself back to what is happening in front of you now, with minimal thoughts. Keep practicing being aware in the moment of your five senses and with what feelings go on inside of you at the same time. Eliminate daydreaming and your OBE’s will become objective instead of subjective.
hope that helps!

Several years ago, the first time I tried meditation, I saw my body from above. I had just read about kundalini energy, so as I meditated, I imagined my vital energy as a constant stream flowing up from the base of my spine and out from my crown chakra. I also thought about “opening my third eye” as a means to view myself from the outside. Eventually, I did in fact view myself from above, lying down, wearing the same clothes. It seemed that all of the details were accurate. I woke up a moment later though. So I assumed that maybe it was just an auto-suggestive dream.
Now that I have researched more about OBE and Astral Pojection, the method I used seems to be consistent with some techniques of achieving a projection. It’s hard to say for sure what happened.
It might help you to check out books about Astral Projection from the library to learn exit techniques. Most of the ones I have read include a daily regimen of meditation, affirmations, and energy work designed to gradually condition yourself for the experience. This conditioning is gradual partly to help you overcome your fear in realistic increments.
It also helps to read about the process to know what to expect. The first time I tried a conscious projection, I had the same scary experience with my heart racing, and fearing some sort of heart attack or seizure, I stopped. However I have read since then that it is a normal symptom of the beginning stages of an exit, so next time it happens I won’t be as afraid.
did u read robert bruce’s “mastering astral projection: 90 day guide”. i am following the book and i am on the 30th day now. this also teaches about energy work, mind taming. which books did you read? i never had a consciously induced obe during the day. what all i do is…when i wake up, i dont move my body, then use an exit technique and get out. are these obes different and less vivid than the ones induced by trance practice during the day? moreover, i didnt feel any vibrations or heart center sensations while having obes this way. please guide me.
I’m reading it right now, but I’m only 10 days in after almost a month. I’ve also read “Practical Guide to Astral Projection” by Jenning & Phillips & “Astral Projection for Beginners” by Edain McCoy
In spite of all of that reading, I don’t think I’ve had much luck with conscious projection, so I can’t answer your question about that. There was a time that I felt like I may have come out consciously, but everything was so foggy. I woke up several hours later in a dream with no memory of what happened in between.
Once I seemed to only be floating about three to six inches above myself when I realized it, and although the legs on the bed were in lavender flannel pajamas, the floating legs that were presently mine were wearing these blue cuffed denim jeans. I wondered later why the floating body would be body-shaped and self-visible at all, let alone have its own fashion sense.
I could never figure out how to stabilize the experience, in the OBE’s I initiated afterwards. They’d always devolve into some mad warped spiral of dream-worlds and whatnot.
I mostly read online OBE techniques, but when I finally managed it, it didn’t feel so much like the fruits of study and practice, as that it simply clicked. That’s how I can believe that it can just happen to random people by accident, and actually I’d say the trick is really all in just leaving room in one’s being for it to happen by accident-- consistently. If that makes any sense?
Hope this helps!
