Yes, I’m new.
I’ve found, for myself atleast, that by reading alot of posts about tips and techniques, that making your own techniques is invaluable.
By exploring the edge of sleep during unintentional WBTB and bed-time WILD , I’m able to see what the experience of sleep is like for me.
A tip I haven’t heard yet:
If you’re on the edge of waking from a lucid dream, or if you can awake from ND and be halfway and know it, [i]play with the experience/i].
Knowing what the stages feel like is a huge boost to the process of learning about yourself.
Keep that in mind.
